Turkish Borek

Ingredients:
Filo pastry sheets
300g Feta
2 tbsp RED HILL SPICE GIRLS Za’atar
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp milk

Mix feta and Za’atar blend together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl beat eggs add olive oil and milk.
In a lightly greased baking dish place filo pastry sheets then brush with egg mix.
Layer with feta and Za’atar mix.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 180 deg for 30 – 40 minutes until golden.

Serve as a snack, with salad or an accompaniment with your meal.
